Usually we will suggest customers to get the software by themselves from the software supplier. We can give the suggestion about which software may be good for cutomers according to their needs.

Firstly, we need the full set photo booth with software, which includes bare photo booth, dslr camera, printer&papers and PC. Make sure each device are ready and connected.
Then, download and install the software, connecting camera and printer and customizing animations and templates of events.
At last, turn on the power and start your events.
We have one year warranty for our products. If there is non-human damage, we will reissue the components which were broken. If the non-human damage is serious, we will resend a new photo booth.
Our photo booth machines are all packed by flight case and wooden box.
