Yes, we can provide the software “Doelbooth”. It can be download from your appstore for free by searching the name, but only a trial version is available until you become a subscriber of our software. 

It can not only control our 360 booth, but also has one-button function to run the booth.

The basic package does not include any photo capture device, while we can provide Canon camera for sale.

We have one year warranty for photo booth. If there is non-human damage, we will reissue the components which were broken. If the non-human damage is serious, we will resend a new photo booth. And if you have any questions about the photo booth, the sales team and after-sales personnel who communicate in English will actively answer your questions

There are three kind of package:

(1) Carton Package with Portable Bag & Wheeled Cart;

(2) Wooden Road Case Pacakge with Wheels;

(3) Aluminum Case Package with wheels.

Gennerally it is 3-7 days from warehouse if the goods are in the stock. If the warehouse is out of stock, it needs to be shipped from the factory in China.

1.  By express from factory,  it usually takes 4-10 working days dependent on the country delivered to and courier company.

2. By sea or train from factory, it normally takes 30-45 days for delivery, if remote area or Customs Clearance reason, it will be a little longer.

3. For Brazil customers, please tell us your tax number (CNPJ NO CEP NO).

Please be sure to sign for the package after checking that the package is in good condition. It is best to take photos or videos of the package when receiving the goods. These are helpful for us to confirm whether the product is damaged due to improper logistics transportation, which is convenient for subsequent after-sales processing.
